• Seahorse XFe96 S7800B instrument with Cytation 5 reader – real-time measurement of cellular metabolism in vitro; 
• BD FACSMelody – cell sorter; 
• Chromium iX (10x Genomics) with Maxwell RSC 48 apparatus – preparation of libraries for single-cell RNASeq experiments; 
• Odyssey XF (LICOR) – membrane scanner; 
• Micro-PLUS Kairos and NanoSight NS300 nanoparticle analyzers with Optima XPN-80 ultracentrifuge; 
• Nucleofector 4D – cell transfection.
