The Small Molecule Laboratory at CDT-CARD is equipped with the following advanced analytical instruments:
UHPLC/MS System:
Waters Acquity Premier coupled with Waters Xevo TQ-S Cronos mass spectrometer.
Features: Electrospray ionization (ESI) or ESCi ionization modes.
Includes Waters eλ PDA Detector with a detection range of 210–700 nm.
UHPLC/HRMS System:
Waters Acquity I-Class Plus coupled with Waters Synapt XS high-resolution mass spectrometer.
Features: Multiple ionization modes including ESI, ESCi, APCi, UniSpray, and DESI.
Includes a Waters eλ PDA Detector with a detection range of 210–700 nm.
GC System:
Thermo Fisher Trace 1610 gas chromatograph with TriPlus 500 Headspace Autosampler.
Equipped with a flame ionization detector (FID) and an ISQ 7610 mass spectrometer.
Features: Electron ionization (EI) and single quadrupole detection.
CE/MS System:
Agilent 7100 Capillary Electrophoresis system integrated with an Agilent MSD mass spectrometer.
Features: Electrospray ionization (ESI) with single quadrupole detection.
