• Bruker rapifleX® MALDI ToF/ToF mass spectrometer, enabling high-throughput mass analysis of N-glycans, ToF/ToF fragmentation analysis, and mass spectrometry imaging of tissue sections (spatial omics). 

• UHPLC liquid chromatographs with fluorescence and UV/VIS detection, Waters Acquity® UPLC I-Class Plus and Thermo Vanquish™ Flex, enabling preliminary qualitative and quantitative analysis of glycans based on the determination of so-called glucose units (GU). 

• Waters Vion® IMS-qToF mass spectrometer, enabling in-depth structural analysis of glycans based on tandem mass spectrometry. 

Additionally, the laboratory is equipped with basic equipment devoted for sample preparation.
